Monday through Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Payment:

Visa, Mastercard only (a 3% charge will be added for credit or debit cards).
Cash – exact change only.

Fees:

$36.00 rolling fee for Live Scan (fees subject to change without notice).
$16.00 for ink fingerprints (card not provided).

Additional fees are required for State and Federal level criminal history record checks. Other fees may also be required, such as license fees.

Fees range from $0 to $125.00, depending on service.

Any Live Scan form that has an agency billing number (this is the six digit number located in the middle portion of the form) will be $36.00.

Note: We do not fingerprint for Immigration and Naturalization purposes. We do however fingerprint for Immigration Visas.

Forms:

Forms must be provided by the requesting agency.

We do not provide Live Scan forms or ink cards.
If you do not have a form you can contact the Department of Justice.

Background:

The background process can take from 24 hours to six weeks; longer if you have regular ink cards.

The Culver City Police Department does not do the background check and has no control over the process time.

Resubmits:

If you are coming in for a resubmission, meaning that your prints have been rejected by D.O.J. or F.B.I., please have a new form and the original ATI number (there will be no fees charged). If you do not have these, you will be required to pay the fees again.
